Hello, NTSC users (probably Curt)
Two questions:
1. When should I use the FORCEPAL/GOPAL command for a program that uses
Blitz mode?
2. Do I need to ensure that everything is computed before the vpos reaches
200, even when using Forcepal - in other words, I still only have 1/60th of
a second each frame?
